Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our support team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number.
- 2.Pack Your Device
Securely place the product and all original accessories, including the charger and manual, into the original shipping box to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
